Gina D. France was appointed to the CBIZ Board in February 2015 as an independent director. Gina founded France Strategic Partners, LLC, a strategy and transaction advisory firm, and has served as President and CEO since 2003.
She has more than 40 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, and corporate finance. Prior to founding France Strategic Partners, Gina was a Managing Director with Ernst & Young, LLP and directed the firm’s Center for Strategic Transactions. Prior to her work with Ernst & Young, she was a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers, Inc. in the investment banking division.
Gina serves on the boards of Huntington Bancshares, Inc. and Cedar Fair, L.P. and on the boards of the BNY Mellon Family Funds. She has previously served on the boards of FirstMerit Corporation, Dawn Food Products, Inc. and Mack Industries.
