Elizabeth was appointed Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer in December 2022. She joined the organization as Chief of Staff in October 2019. Before CBIZ, Elizabeth served as the President and CEO of The Centers for Families and Children and Circle Health Services, a large regional non-profit organization specializing in integrated health care, workforce development, and education services.
Prior to The Centers, Elizabeth was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, where she worked with global corporations, federal agencies, and state and local governments to transform operations and lead change initiatives to enable growth and improve performance. In 2017, she was honored as a Crain’s Cleveland Business Woman of Note.
