Matt Morelli currently serves CBIZ as Senior Vice President of Strategic Corporate Development. He joined the company in 2007 after spending several years as its outside legal counsel. Matt has served in several roles, including Associate General Counsel, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and as part of the senior leadership team of CBIZ’s Advisory Division. Matt currently leads CBIZ’s M&A team.
Before joining CBIZ, Matt was a Litigation Partner at Ulmer Berne LLP, focusing on business and employment disputes.
