Business Experience
Abby works with organizations to create a thriving workplace culture characterized by high employee wellbeing, engagement and performance. She counsels clients on developing strategies and initiatives related to employee wellbeing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values and vision. Research and development is also an important part of Abby’s role as she works to ensure that CBIZ Engagement & Wellbeing Consulting offers tools and resources consistent with best practice and backed by the latest science.
With a commitment to helping organizations solve complex problems, Abby believes in an approach where research meets creativity to provide people-first solutions.
Prior to her current role, Abby held the position of Wellbeing Account Manager at CBIZ, serving as direct support to senior wellbeing consultants, transitioning into leadership roles with small groups. She began her tenure with CBIZ as a Wellbeing Coordinator, working onsite with a CBIZ client to help implement programs and foster employee engagement. Before joining CBIZ, Abby served as Research and Development Coordinator for a full-service wellbeing vendor.

For me, wellbeing is about connection: to people, to animals, to nature, and most importantly, to self. Some of my favorite ways to stay active include dancing, volleyball and yoga.
