Adam is a Shareholder with MHM* and is one of the firm’s SOC Practice Leaders. As a Certified Public Accountant, he has over a decade of experience providing attestation and compliance services to privately held and public companies. He is responsible for the overall supervision of the SOC engagement, design of the controls and testing approach, and is the chief signatory on reports. Adam will work closely with management and the engagement team to ensure that the SOC engagement is performed in an effective and efficient manner from start to finish to meet the needs, expectations, and deadlines of his clients. Adam serves a diverse client base within multiple industries, including financial services firms, investment advisors, fund administrators, software and infrastructure as a service, managed IT services, payment processing organizations, and data centers across the United States.
