Alan is a Tax Director at CBIZ MHM, LLC and has more than 25 years of experience helping closely held businesses and their owners to minimize their income tax burden. He began his career as a project manager for an aerospace firm prior to joining a local CPA firm. In 2017, Alan merged his practice with CBIZ.
Alan enjoys working with growth oriented firms in the technology, real estate, and manufacturing sectors, but also serves clients in the professional services and restaurant industries. He is well versed in handling not only his client’s compliance needs, but also planning, transactions, and representation.
Alan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from CSU Fullerton.
