Andrew Gragnani is the President of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.*, Regional Attest Practice Leader, and National Practice Leader, with overall responsibility for the operations of the audit practices in Memphis, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New England, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the MHM Board of Directors, sits on the MHM Executive Committee, and Professional Standards Group, governing bodies which are responsible for setting policy and procedures with respect to quality control, audit and accounting, client acceptance, risk management, independence, and regulatory compliance issues.
Andrew has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and consulting services to publicly and privately held companies in the consumer products, manufacturing, retail, direct marketing and wholesale distribution industries. He serves as a subject matter expert for the PSG in these areas: bankruptcy/fresh start accounting, going concern matters, business combinations/due diligence, integrated audits/internal controls, and revenue recognition.
Andrew joined the organization in December 2008.
