Brad is a Managing Director in the Tax Group and a Member of the New England Tax Co-Sourcing Practice. He has more than 15 years of experience providing corporate tax services to multinational publicly traded companies and privately held businesses. He has extensive experience delivering tax department co-sourcing services, including accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), corporate income tax compliance, IPO readiness, purchase accounting and overall process improvements, to companies that operate in technology, life sciences and manufacturing industries.
Brad also has experience with federal, state, andinternational tax minimization strategies and frequently consults on topics related to accounting for income taxes, corporate tax planning and tax risk management.
