Brad Tate is a senior manager in the Colorado Tax Practice.He has over 12 years of public accounting and works with closely heldbusinesses and their owners across a wide range of industries, includingconstruction, retail, real estate, and professional services. Brad’s work withclients includes tax-efficient structure and planning for business transactions,family wealth transfers, and representation before federal and state taxingauthorities.
Brad serves as Secretary for the Louisiana Judges andLawyers Assistance Program and a member of the New Orleans Estate PlanningCouncil.
He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Universityof Alabama, Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. HebertLaw Center and Bachler of Science in Accounting from Southeastern LouisianaUniversity. He is a licensed attorney.
