Bruce focuses on multifamily, senior and affordable housing, as well as working with nonprofit organizations. He is an expert when it comes to the low income housing tax credit program and HUD financing. With over 35 years of experience, Bruce is passionate about understanding transactions from the owner or developer viewpoint and exceeding his clients’ needs.
Bruce was a Founding Director of the Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development (HAND), a nonprofit that invests in neighborhoods, provides housing solutions and builds partnerships to improve the lives and communities in Hamilton County, Indiana. He is also an ongoing supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The National Marrow Donor Program and the Lung Cancer Alliance.
