Caitlin believes in the power of community and finds ways to give back in a variety of platforms. She currently serves on the Lead to Read board (Vice Chair) and the Children’s Mercy Cancer Auxillary Board. Additionally, she volunteers her time supporting community events, such as the Queens of Diamond event at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, Girls on the Run KC annual golf tournament and the Starlight Young Professionals Annual Fundraising Committee.
Caitlin also currently sits on the Leawood Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, where she helped form and leads the Diversity & Inclusion committee.
She previously has served on the AdventHealth’s Living In Vitality Conference Committee (Co-Chair), Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man/Woman of the Year Campaign Committee, the Midwestern Cattle Barron’s Ball Planning Committee, Junior League of Kansas City, MO and YPO Next-Gen (Co-Founder).
