Chris Smith is a Senior Manager in the Tax Group of CBIZ & MHM*. He has over 30 years of experience in public, private and government accounting, including seven years with PwC, as well as considerable experience as a revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service.
Chris possesses substantial experience working with both public and privately held businesses in developing and implementing tax planning strategies, including tax accounting method changes, business formations, reorganizations and entity selection. He has also successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue.
