Cynthia’s primary area of practice is real estate, with an emphasis on affordable housing, including low-income housing tax credits, HUD-assisted projects, commercial real estate and nonprofit industries. She has in-depth knowledge of the real estate, construction, affordable housing and nonprofit industries. She has many years’ experience with the unique reporting requirements of these entities, including HUD requirements and single audit requirements for nonprofit organizations.
