Daniel W. Anderson, CPA, joined CBIZ SLD with the merger of A. L. Nella & Company, where he worked for nearly 40 years. Over the years, Dan has provided services to a wide variety of clients, including individuals (single, married and RDPs), partnerships, LLCs, LLPs, small corporations, estates and trusts, to meet their needs for tax preparation and planning, their business’ financial statements, and trust and estate accountings.
Dan graduated from Rocky Mountain College, a liberal arts college in Billings, Montana, with a B.A. degree in Math, Economics and German. After moving to California, Dan took graduate courses in tax at Golden Gate University. He is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California State Society of CPAs.
In the hours away from work, Dan exercises his musical interests by serving as the assistant organist and adult choir accompanist in a local congregation, and volunteers for other local community benefit activities. While that has been temporarily put on hold due to Covid-19, Dan volunteers each Saturday morning at one of the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank’s food pantries, helping to pack and distribute groceries to community residents who are not food secure.
