Danny joined full time after receiving his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
His experience includes audit prep, IPO readiness, and financial statement reporting and preparation. Danny also has great experience in the research, documentation, and adoption of new accounting pronouncements, such as ASC 606 and ASC 842.
His industry experience is primarily technology, including software, SAAS, and hardware.
