Dave Janosek is a Tax Managing Director in the Tampa Bay office and focuses on providing tax and business advisory services to individuals and closely held businesses in diverse industry groups. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental and regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining CBIZ & MHM*, Dave was a shareholder of a local firm and managed the tax practice for a regional firm in Ohio. Dave specializes in pass-through entity taxation for S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, including reorganizations, merger and acquisition, succession planning, special allocations, and other complex tax matters.
