Drew has over 11 years of experience in accounting, auditing, SOX 404 compliance, SEC reporting, and consulting. His experience includes managing external audits and assisting clients with technical accounting matters including acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, ASC 606, internal-use software, financial reporting, and internal controls testing and documentation.
Drew is also experienced in assisting with IPO readiness projects, including S-1 drafting and filing requirements, quarterization of financial statements, and managing inquiries from legal counsel, underwriters, and the SEC. His industry experience includes technology (SaaS & Software), biotechnology, logistics, amongst others.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Drew was a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP; serving both public and pre-IPO clients in Atlanta, Georgia.
