Elise has over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing. She has worked with public and private companies across industries, with a focus in consumer products, technology and not-for-profit.
Her experience includes SEC reporting matters, internal controls compliance and testing, external auditing and application of technical accounting concepts and guidance. She has experience accounting for complex debt and equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, revenue recognition, inventory, investments and leases.
Elise excels in delivering excellent client service by ensuring effective project management, issue resolution, and collaboration. She works proactively with management to understand her client’s operational and financial objectives and make recommendations to increase the probability of their achievement.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Elise was a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. She started her career providing audit services in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked for ten years before relocating to Portland, Oregon.
