Ellen is a Senior Account Executive and has spent the majority of her professional career with CBIZ Employee Benefits. With over 12 years of experience, she has held various roles during her tenure at CBIZ with the majority of her time spent servicing and managing the employee benefits programs of small to mid-sized private sector employers.
In addition to managing her book of business, Ellen also oversees the small business team at CBIZ which is primarily focused on bringing strategies and solutions to our small group clients who typically have under 100 employee lives. This requires an understanding of the small group market and ensuring the team and clients are kept abreast of all employee benefits, HR and compliance trends, and solutions that would impact their benefits program. With her prior experience servicing mid-size and larger clients, Ellen has the unique ability to bring perspective and insights from across multiple market segments as clients grow, providing expertise in various funding arrangements and cost containment strategies.
Ellen is actively involved in the CBIZ Women’s Advantage program and currently holds a leadership position on the Kansas City Board.
