Frank is a Managing Director in our New York office specializing in corporate taxation who has been serving clients since 2003. His experience spans a wide variety of tax co-sourcing engagements and where he provides integrated services to process improvement that help his clients' tax departments maximize their strategic value.
Frank also has extensive experience in providing tax services to multinational companies based in U.S. and abroad. His areas of specialization include corporation, partnership tax compliance, ASC 740 (Formerly FAS 109) projects, tax research and formulate tax planning. Additional experience includes tax consulting relating to state nexus analysis for income tax purposes and representing the taxpayers before the IRS and other tax authorities.
