Irina is a Director in our New York office who has been serving our clients since 2005. A Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, she works on audit and review engagements for private and publicly-traded companies across a variety of industries, as well as on audits of retirement plans. Irina has extensive experience performing attest engagements in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards, as well as expertise in financial reporting in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements.
Irina works closely with clients researching and resolving issues related to revenue recognition, intangibles, foreign currency matters, stock-based compensation, and complex equity transactions. She also assists clients with implementing and/or disclosing new accounting pronouncements in financial statements.
Irina serves as the Audit Technology Champion for the New York office acting as a liaison between the office audit department and the National Audit Technology Committee.
