Jared Tonks is a Managing Director in the firm’s Forensic and Financial Services practice. He specializes in complex litigation and business valuation. Jared has performed forensic accounting, tracing, and valuation analyses in over 300 engagements involving marital dissolutions, shareholder or partnership disputes, and other matters. He regularly performs business valuations for estate, gift, and business transaction purposes. Jared has experience preparing taxes, performing corporate accounting, and investigating fraud. He has been appointed as an expert witness and testified on multiple occasions.
