Jeff Carlstedt is the Senior Managing Director of the Southeast and the firm’s Regional Leader for the Financial Services’ Southeast region. He has nearly 30 years of experience with HUD supported real estate entities and other affordable housing, as well as not-for-profit audits and government related compliance reviews. He served as the head of the Audit Department for the Kansas City office for seven years before being promoted to Senior Managing Director.
In his role, Jeff’s responsibilities also include conducting semi-annual reviews of all staff within the department, identifying needs for future hiring and personnel related issues.
