His expertise spans across several industries including: life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, construction, software and technology and professional services.
Joe provides business advisory services in the areas of internal control procedures and processes, corporate governance, financing strategies, acquisition due diligence and business transaction analysis.
Along with his public accounting experience, Joe previously was the controller of a $300 million company providing oversight of the financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, billing, payables and cash management functions.
