Kif Cahillane has over 15 years years of experience in employee benefits. His prior experience includes positions with Optum, Buck Consultants, Mercer, and NFP Executive Benefits.
At Optum, Kif's responsibilities included business development and client strategy. As Vice President at Buck Consultants, he was responsible for leading account planning, legal and financial reviews, helping employers enhance their benefit programs and he developed the Buck Executive Disability Practice. During his time at Mercer, he was responsible for business development and building client relationships.
Kif is past Vice President at NFP Executive Benefits where he was responsible for business development. He was also the past President and Founder of the Ireland Chamber of Commerce Southeast. Kif currently serves on the Business 100 Executive Committee for Irish America Magazine.
