Lance is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Practice in the Kansas City office and has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting. Lance works closely with small to mid-sized real estate companies, limited liability companies, partnerships and s-corporations, as well as individual owners. Lance works closely with clients and the engagement team to ensure the tax engagement is performed in an effective and efficient manner from start to finish. Lance works closely with engagement teams to resolve any critical or complex tax issues in a timely manner to meet the needs, expectations and deadlines of his clients.
