Laura is a Managing Director in the Tax Group and a member of the Private Company Practice in New England. She has more than 15 years of experience providing tax consulting, planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses in a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing & distribution, retail, private equity and venture capital, and real estate.
Laura has extensive experience assisting her clients with federal, state, and international tax compliance and consulting services. She works with her clients to analyze the tax impact of transactions and provides guidance related to complicated special allocations for partnerships.
Additionally, Laura helps lead our tax operations function, which oversees and manages the processes and procedures of the New England Tax Department.
