Mark is a Tax Director and Leader in the California Tax Outsourcing Practice located in our San Diego office, who has been serving clients since 1987. A CPA, he provides tax services to public companies, portfolio companies and private equity funds with a focus in tax accounting, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions consulting services.
Mark has experience in managing tax provisions under US GAAP (ASC740/FIN48), filings of SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K, oversight for tax issues in connection with SEC Form S-1 registration statement filing, business taxation and mergers & acquisitions, project management and corporate finance, financial modeling, forecasting cash flows, and oversight and review for all compliance filings.
Mark has more than 30 years of tax experience. Prior to joining CBIZ & MHM, Mark spent nearly 25 years at the largest healthcare group purchasing organization in the United States, most recently as their Director of Finance and Taxation. He also spent 7 years at a Big 4 firm.
