Megan is a Director located in our Downtown San Diego office, who has been serving clients since 2003. A CPA, she is an expert in high-net worth marital dissolution matters.
Megan has extensive experience providing litigation support services including multi-year and multi‐account tracing and accounting analyses, apportionment of separate property assets, determining marital standard of living, calculating income available for support, and preparing post‐separation accounting and reimbursement claims analyses. Megan also has experience with family law issues pertaining to clients in the alternative asset management industry, including private equity.
Megan has also performed economic damages analyses in engagements related to lost earnings and benefits, wrongful death, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination matters, business interruptions, construction defect matters, intellectual property disputes, unjust enrichment, and partnership disputes.
