Mike is a Managing Director in the Accounting Advisory Practice in New England. With more than 15 years of experience, he joined CBIZ & MHM* from a Big 4 firm, where he spent more than 13 years working with a range of public and private companies. Mike’s experience includes audit readiness and coaching clients through the initial public offering (IPO) journey, SEC comment letters and reporting requirements, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and accounting for other complex transactions such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.
Mike assists and collaborates with clients in various capacities, from technical accounting support to controllership and CFO roles. He has experience in various industries, with a focus in life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, to help resolve complex financial reporting issues and support executive management teams.
