Mike is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Group and the Private Company Practice in New England. He has more than 20 years of experience working with privately-held and public companies in the consulting, professional services, technology, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution industries. Mike also has experience working with not-for-profit organizations, including the education, association and foundation sectors.
His experience includes managing audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, assisting clients in analyzing and interpreting financial results and providing recommendations on internal controls, operational matters and accounting issues. In addition, Mike has experience with accounts receivable, inventory and factoring, clients with international operations, assisting in bond offerings, as well as with employee benefit plan audits, including defined contribution and defined benefit plans. He is involved with some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile clients, and works closely with his clients on engagements to build strong working relationships and to provide guidance throughout the year.
