Nick Suvorov is a Director located in our New York – Bryant Park office, who has been serving clients since 2007. A Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, Nick works on audit and review engagements for private companies across various industries, including the audits of investment companies/funds and retirement plans.
Nick works closely with clients researching and resolving issues related to leases, stock-based compensation, fair value measurements, and complex debt and equity instruments. He also assists clients with implementing and disclosing new accounting pronouncements in the financial statements.
Prior to joining CBIZ and MHM, Nick held various audit positions working for a couple of regional firms located in Utah and Montana performing audit and review engagements of small to mid-size and government entities.
