Patrick is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Group, Co-Leader of the Not-For-Profit & Education Practice, and member of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice in New England. Patrick has more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience with privately-held and public companies in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale/distribution, technology, private equity and venture capital, and not-for-profit and education industries.
Patrick also has significant experience working with large, multiple-division and international companies with complex accounting issues. He performs audits and reviews of financial statements, and assists clients in analyzing and interpreting financial results as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions, debt offerings and internal control matters.
