Paul serves in CBIZ’s National Tax Office as Director of Offshoring and Quality Review. In this role, he is responsible for leading and directing the firm’s offshoring strategy and capabilities. He also co-leads the firms tax quality assurance process.
Paul has extensive experience across multiple areas of corporate taxation including income tax accounting (ASC 740), federal consulting for C-corps, mergers and acquisitions, federal/state/local income tax compliance, indirect tax consulting and compliance for sales/use, property, credits/incentives and unclaimed property.
Prior to joining CBIZ, Paul has held senior level tax positions including, Vice President and National Practice Leader of Tax Services for Experis (formerly Jefferson Wells). His responsibilities included business development, account management and profit and loss ownership for a nationally-based corporate tax services practice. Additionally, he performed duties managing services in risk advisory and finance and accounting.
Paul began his career in the tax practice at Ernst & Young, working with large public and private clients on a wide variety of technical tax compliance and reporting issues.
