Based in the Kansas City office, Phil Zaman leads the learning and development function across the Financial Services division of CBIZ, with overall responsibility for the divisional learning and development strategy that supports business outcomes. This role encompasses strategic learning needs analysis, learning frameworks, solutions and curriculum design and delivery, transfer of learning, and measurement.
Previously, Phil served in the CBIZ MHM National Tax Office, directing the learning and development programs for the tax practice within CBIZ MHM, as well as co-directing the tax process and technology, thought leadership and risk management functions for our tax practice.
