Rob is a member of the Tax Group and the New England Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international tax planning, consulting and compliance services for venture capital/private equity funds. He is instrumental in the continuous development of the company’s standardized tax workpapers used exclusively in venture capital/private equity client projects. He is also experienced with international reporting requirements for venture capital/private equity funds with outbound investments and regularly assists with the complex disclosures to be reported on investors’ K-1 statements.
