Bob is a leading member of the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Group at CBIZ & MHM*. He specializes in litigation support, business valuation, financial consulting and forensic accounting. Bob has over 25 years of experience involving the preparation and analysis of financial audit, accounting and tax matters.
His experience includes consulting with attorneys and business clients providing financial investigations which include the preparation, analysis and evaluation of damages for lost profits; business valuation in support of shareholder and marital interests; forensic accounting and fraud investigations; due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; business interruption claims; and surety related investigations.
Bob has testified in arbitration and has been qualified as an expert witness in the United States District Court and the Probate and Family Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining CBIZ & MHM*, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer of a large, privately-owned transportation company operating in major metropolitan cities throughout the United States. Prior to that Bob was a principal in a CPA firm providing audit, review, tax and consulting services to privately-owned, middle market business organizations.
