Ron is a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience, including 12 years in private industry. Ron provides tax and business advisory services to individuals and closely held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, wholesale, retail, real estate, computer software and other service providers. Ron provides tax research, compliance, and consulting services to clients with unique situations. He has worked on numerous transactions with clients both buying and selling businesses. He is able to identify issues and offer solutions that enable clients to attain their financial goals. He also has a successful track record with audit defense work representing businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental bodies.
Ron earned both his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota.
