Steve works directly with hospital leaders and physicians and responds to issues and concerns of the management of physician practices and related entities on an ongoing basis. His areas of expertise include health care transactions and due diligence, physician and hospital integrations, fair market valuations for physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, compensation agreements, imaging centers, service lines and other ancillary businesses among many other areas.
