His experience includes domestic and international strategic planning involving entity selection, entity structuring, intercompany transactions, cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning for high net worth individuals.

Many of Tim's clients involve structures with multiple entities, including domestic and international. His experience also includes favorable resolution of issues that are raised by the Internal Revenue Service and California Franchise Tax Board.
Tim has been very involved in complex corporate restructuring, including "S" to "C" conversions, entity selection, and evaluation of structuring alternatives.
